Mat Pilates & Rooftop Brunch at Mama Shelter Lisbon
Join us for a special morning of movement and connection, celebrating the energy of April 25th. We’ll start with a 50-minute Mat Pilates class designed to sculpt, strengthen and reset the body, followed by a relaxed rooftop brunch, the perfect moment to unwind and connect in a beautiful Lisbon setting.

10:30–10:50 Arrival & Check-in
11:00–11:50 Mat Pilates (Mama Lisbon Penthouse)
12:00 Rooftop Brunch
Brunch includes smoked salmon brioche or vegan brioche, plus lemonade.

A new chapter for Ulla.
In Spring 2026, we’re hosting our first Pilates Retreat, an intimate and elevated escape in the calm, golden landscapes of Alentejo. Expect dynamic Pilates mornings, slow afternoons, swims, spa moments, nature, and space to breathe. A pre-summer reset for those who value privacy, style, and good energy. And no, this is not a “green juice only” retreat. We move, we rest, we eat dessert, we drink cocktails. That’s balance.
Open to all levels, whether you’re coming solo or with a friend.
